Join us for an introductory Women’s Self-Defense Class designed to build awareness, confidence, and practical skills for responding to challenging situations.

This is an opportunity to explore self-defense in a supportive, empowering environment—learning how to recognize situations, trust your instincts, establish boundaries, and develop physical skills for protecting yourself.

Following the introductory class, we will offer three additional Monday evening classes:

September 21st 6:00-7:30 PM

September 28th 6:00-7:30 PM

October 5th 6:00-7:30 PM

$20 per class

Instructor: Lloyd Robrecht

Lloyd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and practicing therapist with the Manassas Group in Roanoke. His martial arts experience includes studying Shinbukan Jujutsu with the late Kuroda Tetsuzan in Japan, Budo Taijutsu with Jeff Duncan, and his current study and teaching of Systema under Vladimir Vasiliev.

Registration is required so we can plan appropriately for the class size.

Whether you have martial arts experience or are completely new to self-defense, you are welcome.

Come learn, practice, and build confidence in your ability to respond in physically aggressive situations.
